Xijiajia
Xijiajia is a digital human created and driven by artificial intelligence. The appearance of Xijiajia is generated by fusing the facial features of a dozen popular Asian women. Facial expressions, movement, speech and clothing are also produced by algorithms and can be changed to suit each scene. Xijiajia can hold real time conversations, sing, dance, dress, stream live and create paintings, music and arrangements. Sign language and several spoken languages are supported, which helps users with hearing impairment. The project explores how people and machines can work together.
Xijiajia Ai Digital Human by Baidu Online Network Technology Co., Ltd has been recognized as an innovative example of communication design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Xijiajia Ai Digital Human earned the Platinum A' Design Award in Computer Graphics, 3D Modeling, Texturing, and Rendering Design in 2023. The A' Computer Graphics, 3D Modeling, Texturing, and Rendering Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design competition which recognizes excellent design of animations, simulations, game designs, virtual reality models, architectural renderings, infographics, digital illustrations, 3D character models and more.
