Lemma Lah

This contemporary seating ‘lemmalah’ was inspired by the very basic form of Arabic script; Kofi writing. The passion for the written script, the art of ‘khat’ constitutes a fundamental trait of Arabic culture that is so powerful, it elevates every living experience. The Kofi letters and script were used to configure this contemporary seating. Written in Kofi script the word “lemma Lah” (why not), flows in the space with its intimate proportions and sinuous curves. So we ask Why not? “Some men see things as they are and say why, I dream things that never were and say why not.” G.B.S.

Ludovico

The way it saves space is quite original, having two chairs completely hidden inside de drawer. When placed inside the main furniture, you don´t realise that what seems to be drawers are actually two separate chairs. You can also have a table which can be used as a desk when taken out of the main structure. The main structure consists of four drawers and a compartment just above the top drawer in which you can store many things. The main material used for this furniture, beign eucaliptus fingerjoint, is eco friendly, incredibly resistant, hard and has a very strong visual appeal.

It can be used as a seat or a side table, making it a versatile and stylish piece that everyone will find a good use for.
