Rong Tea Edge Cabinet

Rong

Rong is a tea sideboard designed for home use. Rong is made of North American black walnut with a clear wood grain. A double-layer octagonal countertop and herringbone struts divide the functional areas by shape. The cabinet body has grille strip sliding doors that move along a track, so no space is needed in front of the unit. Multiple storage areas keep different tea sets in order. The concave countertop surface and the pressure center placed behind the center of gravity prevent tipping. Simple components allow users to assemble the sideboard themselves.

Luar Armchair

Luar

The Luar armchair is the result of a transformation into a piece of furniture of the iconographic stone sidewalk patterns of Copacabana Beach in Rio de Janeiro, the designers' hometown. The armchair presents a composition of contrasts: Wood, with all its slenderness and transparency, contrasts with upholstered elements that are robust, soft and comfortable. Its shape comes from a technique that the companies Lattoog and Schuster have researched over ten years.
